Thank you for your interest in our online consultation services and membership plans!​

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while respecting both your time and ours.

Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for your consultation appointment:

1. Free Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time are free of charge.

2. Late Cancellation Fee:

For cancellations made less than 12 hours but at least 1 hour before the consultation start time, a fee of 15% of the consultation fee will be charged.

3. Non-Cancellable Window:

Cancellations made within 1 hour of the consultation start time will not be permitted, and the full consultation fee will be forfeited.

 

4. Free Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before the consultation start time at no additional charge.

5. Non-Reschedulable Window:

Rescheduling requests made within 1 hour of the consultation start time will not be accommodated, and the full consultation fee will be forfeited if the appointment is missed.

Please review the following terms and conditions for your membership plans:

1. Membership Activation

Membership begins on the date of purchase and is valid for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). Access to benefits and services starts immediately after payment confirmation.

2. Payments

Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once processed.
Monthly plans are auto-renewed on the same date each month. Annual plans are auto-renewed on the anniversary of the purchase date.
Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or other payment platforms available at checkout.

3. Service Usage

Members must schedule consultations/services in advance, subject to availability.
Unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Any discount provided as part of a membership plan can be used for a maximum of 5 times within the billing period.
Services in the Annual plan are capped at 6 sessions per month respectively to ensure fair usage for all clients.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Members can cancel or reschedule booked sessions in accordance with the standard service policy.
Failure to show up for a session without prior notice will count as a no show and no refunds shall be made for the same.
Membership cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

5. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

Members can upgrade their plan at any time, with the new plan benefits effective immediately upon payment of the difference.
Downgrades are applied from the next billing cycle and do not qualify for a partial refund of the current plan.

6. Refunds and Termination

Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or technical issues caused by us.
We reserve the right to terminate memberships without prior notice for misuse, inappropriate behavior, or breach of terms.

 

7. Membership Benefits

Discounts and perks associated with the membership cannot be transferred or shared.
Exclusive resources (e.g., lookbooks, style checklists) are for personal use only and cannot be redistributed or resold.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All consultations are confidential, and personal information will not be shared without your consent.
Members are expected to maintain professional decorum during consultations.

9. Policy Updates

These policies are subject to change at our discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
